  • Current Clients Only: Support tickets are available exclusively for current clients.
  • Response Time: We respond to tickets within 24 hours (usually within 2 hours).
  • Billing: We bill $150 per hour for approved work only. Investigation of bugs or new feature requests is free—you will only be billed for hours you approve after reviewing an estimate.
